Maria Dilling

Maria Dilling

About me

Maria Dilling is an actor and singer splitting her time between Berlin, Germany and Charleston, SC. She trained at Actor Space Studio in Berlin, completing the full Meisner curriculum with a specialization in film acting, alongside voice and movement (Viewpoints). She is currently mentored by Kennedy Brown in the Lucid Body technique.

Half Swedish and half German but having been raised in the US and various countries in Europe, Maria brings an international perspective to her work and speaks three languages fluently, giving her a natural sensitivity to cross-cultural stories and characters. While her primary focus is film, she recently enjoyed the opportunity to perform on stage as Rapunzel in Into the Woods at Queen Street Playhouse in Charleston, SC. She is especially drawn to roles that explore emotional depth, transformation, and the complexity of human connection.
