Jonathan Fink was born in Karlsruhe in 1995 and grew up in Munich.
After completing his high school diploma, he spent a year traveling and working in New Zealand and Australia and completed an internship as a cook at the Louis Hotel of the Kull & Weinzierl group in Munich.
In 2020, Jonathan Fink began his acting studies at the Bern University of the Arts. He completed this degree in 2024 with a Master of Arts.
During the 2022/23 season, he was part of the HKB Acting Studio at Theater Basel. There, he participated in two productions: "Der Phönix aus der Währung" by Bonn Park and Ben Roessler, and "Wilhelm Troll" by Lasse Koche and Jörg Pohl. The latter production was invited to the 2023 Autor*innentheatertage at the Deutsches Theater Berlin.
Furthermore, during the 2023/24 season, he was seen at Theater Basel in the opera "Pferd frisst Hut" by Herbert Grönemeyer, where he played the role of Maurice under the direction of Herbert Fritsch. With "Pferd frisst Hut," he was also guest at the Ruhrtriennale 2024. Starting from the 2024/25 season, he will be a permanent member of the acting ensemble at Konzert und Theater St. Gallen.
