Jonathan Fink was born in Karlsruhe in 1995 and grew up in Munich. His acting career began with his first on-set experiences in the ZDF production "Die Frau aus dem Moor" under the direction of Christoph Stark when he was sixteen years old. He then played a recurring lead role in the SAT.1 series "Danni Lowinski" (episode titled "Dannileaks," Role: Christian Gensterblum).
After completing his high school education, he embarked on a Work&Travel year in New Zealand and Australia and completed an internship as a chef at the Louis Hotel, part of the Kuhl & Weinzierl group in Munich.
In 2020, Jonathan Fink began his acting studies at the Hochschule der Künste Bern. He is expected to complete this program in 2024, earning a Master of Arts degree.
During the 2022/23 season, he was part of the HKB Acting Studio at the Theater Basel. There, he participated in two productions: "Der Phönix aus der Währung" by Bonn Park and Ben Roessler, as well as "Wilhelm Troll" by Lasse Koche and Jörg Pohl. The latter production was invited to the Autor*innentheatertage 2023 at the Deutsches Theater Berlin.
Furthermore, during the 2023/24 season, he will appear at the Theater Basel in Herbert Grönemeyer's opera "Pferd frisst Hut," in which he will play the role of Maurice under the direction of Herbert Fritsch.
