Janine Theisen

Growing up in Berlin Treptow, I ended up doing gymnastics when I was just 4 years old because I had crazy energy that was hard to contain. In 1988, like every year, we went to the Friedrich-Stadt-Palast to see the children's revue and, weeks later, when I was still dreaming about dancing on the boards that mean the world, my parents finally registered me there. From then on I spent all my free time dancing and doing gymnastics and so during a long trip through Mexico I decided without further ado to become neither a pilot nor a surgeon but an actress. My body awareness and confidence ultimately paved my way into the stunt industry, where I have been working since 2011. Thanks to a keen interest in human psychology and the unity between heart, body and mind, I almost always manage to grow with all kinds of challenges that come with acting and stunts.
