About me


Filip Wencel is a bilingual actor from Warsaw, Poland. Currently he is living in Berlin, acquiring his Bachelor's Degree in screen acting at the Catalyst Institute for Creative Arts and Technology. He also has a diploma in Theatre Acting from Lart Studio in Cracow, Poland. 


He has been fascinated with the art of acting since early childhood and even attended a film oriented Middle School and High School, run by the Warsaw Film School. Later he moved on to be taught by Mel Churcher, Tola Jasionowska and now by Greta Amend at Catalyst. 


He has worked in various films, TV series, music videos and over 35 short student movies, as well as 6 theater performances, ranging from self-written plays to Chekhov’s “Three Sisters” or Shakespeare’s “The Tempest”. 


He is experienced in Mixed Martial Arts and Boxing, which he trained on an advanced-amateur level. He also attended a Stage Fencing class during his middle school and high school years.
