Born and raised in the remote Shetland Islands, Scotland. Lived and learned in Edinburgh, Berlin and Brussels. Evelyn Murphy is a trilingual actor and comedian, based in Berlin. She has starred in numerous short films in her studies at Catalyst Institute of creative arts and performs twice a month at the Comedy Café Berlin with the House Team, Pizza Studio. She has also performed at the Edinburgh International Improv Festival, the Berlin Fringe and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
In her spare time you can find Evelyn doing yoga on Tempelhofer Feld or cooking her favourite recipes, especially anything by Meera Sodha.
Evelyn is fluent in English, French and German. She's also highly proficient at ordering beer in Italian.
During her childhood, Evelyn could not be kept at home and indulged in musical theatre, contemporary dance, Karate and swimming. Despite having to trim down on a few activities in adult life, her energy level remains the same.
