Elisabeth Schirmer

I’m an open-minded, ambitious, and passionate actress from Berlin, where I was born and raised—and where my love for acting began. I first discovered my fascination for film acting in as kid's theatre group. Although I didn’t grow up in an industry-related environment, I found my own path and never let go of my dream.

Alongside taking various acting courses and developing my on-camera skills, I am currently studying Scandinavian Studies with a focus on Medieval Studies. I speak German (native), English fluently (C1/C2), Norwegian (B2), Icelandic (A1), and Old Norse, and I can switch into a Berlin dialect when required. I have played a supporting role in a short film as well as a main role (in movie and music video) and gained extensive set experience through numerous background roles, though I am now fully focused on acting.

Being on set feels like home to me and I am always looking forward to a creative work environment. People value my warm, empathetic nature, my sense of humor, and my committed, reliable work ethic.

I also bring a diverse artistic and physical background: competitive tennis, several years of gymnastics, ballroom dancing (standard, Latin-American), commercial and choreography dance, and eight years of orchestral violin experience.
